Only lounge-eligible customers—with scheduled flights departing from London Heathrow (LHR)—may use the United Red Carpet Club at London Heathrow. To use our lounges, customers must present appropriate identification and a boarding pass for a same-day flight departing LHR for a destination outside of the UK. Lounge-eligible customers departing on UK domestic flights may only use domestic lounges provided by the departing carrier.

Security
After check-in, please take the escalator to the upper level and follow the signs to the departure lounge for security screening. At the security checkpoint, you will need to show your boarding pass and present your carry-on baggage for screening.

Frontier airport priority security lanes
Frontier airlines offers priority services if you are travelling on a Classic Plus ticket or if you are a Summit or Ascent member of EarlyReturns. These priority services include Priority Check-In, Priority Security lanes, and Priority Boarding. These services may not be available in all airports, so we encourage you to check below to see if these services will be available at the airports from which you will be flying with us.
Frontier Priority Security Access
If you are travelling on a Classic Plus ticket or if you are a Summit or Ascent member of EarlyReturns, Frontier airlines invite you to look for the Priority Security fast lanes at select airports once you have checked-in and received your boarding pass. The priority security lane will get you through the airport security lines much faster. To access the Priority Security lane, you will be asked to show a boarding pass that indicates your Summit, Ascent, or Classic Plus status.
