* Operating aircraft and type of seats are subject to change without prior notice.
The number of seats available for award travel may be limited, or may not be available.
* Award travel must be completed within the promotion period. If the outbound flight is not within the promotion period while the inbound flight is, this promotion can be only applicable for the inbound flight.
* This promotion is not applicable for Same Day Upgrade Awards at the airport.
* Member may be requested to send us a photo copy of ticket by FAX if the award application is made by telephone and the fare of the ticket cannot be confirmed.
* Upgrade award with this promotion is only valid on the ticket that is used at time of award application.
* Changes to open dated reservations are not permitted.
* "Mileage Reinstatement Service for Unused Awards" is applicable provided the award is unused and its cancellation is informed to us before the flight departure.
* British Air Passenger Duty will be necessary on the day of departure for departure from London.(75GBP as of January 2011)
